In what comes as no surprise, AutoTrader.com has signed a letter of intent to purchase Kelley Blue Book. KBB, a leader in used-car valuations, came up for sale months ago surprisingly. Kelley will continue to operation independently, but as a subsidiary of AutoTrader. This purchase will greatly bolster AutoTrader’s already expansive offering. In a show of capabilities, Evolution Performance of Aston, Pennsylvania has run the first sub-9 second quarter mile pass with a 8.89 @ 148 mph.
